How To Lose the Baby Weight- A 15 Minute Workout for Busy Moms

How to Lose Pregnancy Weight Fast
Having a baby is the biggest blessing on earth! However, our bodies go through so much during those 9 or so months, and after giving birth, it shows. Do you want to be that frumpy, gross mom? HELL NO! No one does, we all want to be that fun, healthy mom that is a great example to our children. And a wife that is still sexy to our men, right?!
This is not out of reach ladies, you really can lose your baby weight and then some if you need to.
What is the one biggest thing you must do to loose the baby weight?
Stop eating chocolate? Um...no! I would die without some good dark chocolate in my life! I would be one cranky momma!
Do I need to workout 2 hours a day, everyday? No. Not at all! (Who really has time for that?! Only elite athletes really.)
What you really need to do is interval workouts. Sounds complicated but it isn't trust me! The best type of interval workout is calling HIIT, or High Intensity Interval Training. It's a fancy name for doing your cardio workout at 2 different levels. For HIIT you figure out your target heart rate and do a short burst of intense exercise at about 80% of your maximum heart rate, followed by a longer span of exercise at 60-70% of your maximum heart rate.
Trust me fellow hott Mommas! This workout will kick your a$$, but it really, really works. You may not lose 5 pounds a week, but you definitely can lose 5 pounds a month or more if you do this workout at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes each.
The best thing about this workout is it is so fast, but efficient. This will burn more calories each session AND keep your metabolism soaring for up to 48 hours after your workout! This will add up to much more weight loss than just standard cardio workouts going at one speed.
